USA Hockey Registration - REQUIRED every season (all players, coaches and volunteers)
Annual registration with USA Hockey is required for every player/coach (fee paid to USAH and based on player birth year) and volunteer (free). You must have this number to complete WYHA registration (online and in person). New number required every year and expire August 31st.
SafeSport - REQUIRED every season (2006 birth year or earlier)
** NEW ** The Safe Sport Training and Refresher Training are each valid for twelve (12) months and must be current prior to player contact Required SafeSport Core Training 2006 birth year or earlier are required to take the SafeSport Core Training or Refresher Course prior to participation in the 2023-24 season. PLEASE NOTE that you will need your own USA Hockey Confirmation Number or Referee Number and your own email address to access the training. You can locate your number OR obtain a number here membership.usahockey.com. If you will not be participating as a player, coach or referee, you can register at no cost under the ice manager/volunteer category to obtain your USA Hockey Confirmation Number. Training must be complete prior to WYHA participation. Players required to take the training cannot be rostered until complete.
